The picture stated as due west shows the signpost of the Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon Trail crossroads. It is a small steel signpost in the center of the picture. The southwest picture has a small dot about one quarter distance from the right hand side in the middle between the top and bottom. This dot is a truck on California Highway 395. Except for some BLM land, Wild Horse Acres extends from the point where the picture was taken, all the way to the highway.
