KOA Kampgrounds of America, Inc established in 1962, is the largest privatly held campground organization in the United States, and possibly the world. With 75,000 sites at hundreds of locations in North America and abroad.
This is only a suggestion and should not be construed as an offer. Wild Horse Acres is totally independently owned from KOA. This is just an idea presented by the property owner as to what the land can be used for. The owner of Wild Horse Acres would take a serious discount on the property should a buyer offer a CC&R favoring Wild Horses rather than use the property for a power plant or the likes.
Generally speaking, for a standard KOA Kampground the investment without the land, power, water, or stables, is about $700,000. Caution, make your own determinations due to the many variable which exist about the cost.

So long as you have the money, and want such a facility, an offer from you contingent on the entire approval process would be accepted. At the moment, permits or franchise for said facility have not been issued nor applied for because there are more options for this parcel and it would not be wise to limit them at this time.
